Richman Property Services, Inc. is hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician for our Austin, TX portfolio. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly wage and benefits, with a Texas Stay Program providing staged bonuses during the first year.

The candidate will perform daily repairs, prep units for occupancy, and ensure safety and compliance across properties in the Austin area. The position requires 2+ years in maintenance, EPA I/II or Universal certification, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance and general repair experience.
• EPA I & II, or EPA Universal Certification is required.
• Proficiency in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and general repair.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily repairs and upkeep across multiple properties or portfolio.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy quickly and to a high standard.
• Manage and resolve service requests with speed and professionalism.
• Maintain OSHA and Clean Air Act compliance at all times.
• Assist with preventative maintenance planning and execution.
• Keep buildings, grounds, and common areas clean and welcoming.
• Manage tools, equipment, and inventory with care.
• Complete required logs, reports, and training in a timely manner.
• Participate in the on-call weekend rotation.
