Job summary

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Type I/II or Universal certification preferred or sponsored by the employer.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills are needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily repair and upkeep of the property.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy within deadlines.
• Manage service requests and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain OSHA and Clean Air Act compliance.
• Oversee inventory and care of tools and equipment.
• Complete required tasks such as training, logs, and reports timely.
• Uphold company policies and provide customer service.
• Seek educational opportunities for personal growth and development.
• Assist in property preventative maintenance plan.
• Maintain curb appeal and cleanliness of buildings and grounds.
• Perform on-call duties and occasional overtime.
