Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED; 3+ years of related electro-mechanical maintenance experience.
• Strong troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and controls systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced preventive and corrective maintenance on complex manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and automated systems independently.
• Mentor and guide entry-level technicians in technical skills and safety.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to boost reliability and efficiency.
• Ensure all maintenance aligns with FDA regulations, GMP, ISO standards, and safety protocols.
