Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of electro-mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced preventive and corrective maintenance on sophisticated manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and automated systems independently.
• Contribute to root-cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.
• Mentor entry-level technicians and provide technical guidance.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with FDA, GMP, ISO and safety standards.
