Job summary

ResProp Management is a growing multi-family property management company dedicated to servant leadership and top talent. This role oversees all service operations, coordinates work orders, and ensures a safe, well-maintained living environment across properties.

You will lead maintenance teams, manage repairs, and support the Property Manager in hiring and performance reviews, while upholding high resident satisfaction and property standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of general maintenance or repair experience, with 3+ years in apartment industry.
• Management experience required.
• Must have EPA Universal certification.
• CPO certification highly preferred.
• Trade skills across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, painting, etc.
• Must own a tool kit and be able to perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all service operations to meet goals.
• Repair and replace appliances, plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems.
• Maintain positive customer service for residents and prospects.
• Train maintenance staff and review performance.
• Coordinate and supervise in-house and vendor work orders.
