Job summary

ResProp Management is seeking an experienced Maintenance Professional to oversee service operations for our apartment communities in San Antonio, TX. You will supervise maintenance staff, manage work orders, and ensure timely repairs of appliances, plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, and more.

You will train teammates, assist in recruiting, and maintain a safe, compliant environment while delivering excellent resident service. A strong toolkit and 30-minute proximity to properties are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of general maintenance/general repair experience.
• Experience managing maintenance teams or tasks.
• Proficiency with basic software and computers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of service operations to meet goals.
• Handle work orders including repairs for appliances, plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems.
• Provide quality customer service to residents and applicants.
