The role requires strong carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC skills, a valid driver's license, and excellent customer service to support residents and protect property value.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three years of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and upkeep of the property.
• Ensure compliance with Avenue5 policies and local, state, and federal regulations.
• Manage service requests, track progress, and ensure timely completion.
• Lead maintenance team, mentor staff, and monitor costs to stay within budget.
• Respond to emergencies, supervise on-call rotations, and maintain safety standards.
