Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations at the assigned property. You will lead the maintenance team to meet service requests and maintain safety and curb appeal.

Key requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years in property management or related field, and solid maintenance/carpentry skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three years of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure proper upkeep of the assigned property.
• Ensure compliance with Avenue5 policies and all local, state and federal regulations.
• Maintain safety and risk management practices and manage the property budget impact.
• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds."
• Conduct weekly property inspections and ensure timely service requests and unit turns.
• Mentor maintenance team and promote professional development.
