Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a brand-new 483-unit community. The role requires 5+ years of supervision in property maintenance and the ability to manage make-ready, vendor coordination, and safety standards.

The position includes a housing discount and requires coordinating routine maintenance within budget, while ensuring high-quality grounds, common areas, and unit interiors. A valid driver’s license and familiarity with tools are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• 5+ years of maintenance supervision experience; oversee a brand-new community.
• Incumbents must provide own hand tools and know safe use of tools and equipment.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist and complete work orders from resident requests and routine upkeep; diagnose issues and perform repairs.
• Oversee and complete make-ready process for vacant units, coordinate vendors and inspections.
• Set standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds, exteriors, interiors, and common areas; ensure Greystar quality.
• Inspect work by team members and contractors to ensure quality; manage inventory and budget with Community Manager.
• Complete monthly preventative maintenance and support regular repair budgets.
