Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC seeks an experienced property maintenance supervisor to manage work orders, oversee the make-ready process, and uphold Greystar standards for a 531-unit Lease-Up community in San Diego. The role includes budgeting support, vendor coordination, and safety compliance.

Candidates should have 5+ years in maintenance supervision, EPA Type I/II or Universal certifications, a valid driver’s license, and strong customer service skills suitable for resident interactions

Formación

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• 5+ years of property maintenance supervision experience.
• Lease Up, Yardi, Happy Co experience preferred.
• EPA and CPA certifications preferred.
• Proficiency in customer service and interpersonal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Assist and complete work orders from residents and routine upkeep.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate with vendors.
• Develop cleanliness and appearance standards for grounds and buildings.
• Inspect work by service team members and contractors for quality.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance parts and manage supplies within budget.
• Complete monthly preventative maintenance procedures.
• Support budgeting for regular repairs and capital projects.
• Participate in safety meetings and ensure OSHA compliance.
