Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a brand-new community in Escondido, CA. You will oversee maintenance operations, manage work orders, and ensure the grounds, exteriors, and interiors meet Greystar quality standards.

You will lead make-ready processes, supervise team members, and coordinate with vendors while maintaining budgetary discipline. A strong background in property maintenance and excellent customer service are essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in property maintenance or related trade.
• 5+ years of maintenance supervision experience; oversee a brand-new community.
• Must provide own hand tools unless prohibited by state law; handle safe use of tools.

Responsabilidades

• Assist and complete work orders from residents, diagnose defects, and perform repairs per safety and code standards.
• Oversee and complete the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing, including inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Develop standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds, exteriors, interiors, and common areas to reflect Greystar quality.
• Periodically inspect work by service team members and contractors; develop corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials; work with Community Manager on supplies within budget.
• Complete monthly preventative maintenance procedures.
• Assist Community Manager in budget development for repairs and capital projects.
• Support cost-control by repairing rather than replacing when feasible; ensure safe, efficient tool use.
