You will manage the maintenance program for large properties, supervise up to 5 staff, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and budget compliance. Qualifications

• Vast maintenance management experience in multifamily housing.
• Knowledge of Hot Water Heater repair and maintenance; carpentry required.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and property management software (Yardi/One Site).
• Safe use and maintenance of hand tools and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage outside vendors and follow up on warranties by email and phone.
• Develop standards for the cleanliness and overall appearance of the property.
• Supervise up to 5 employees.
• Assist with developing the budget for regular repair and maintenance and capital expense.
• Delegate and complete resident work orders promptly.
• Oversee the make-ready process for vacant apartments and inspect work.
