Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a maintenance-focused specialist to manage and perform upkeep across the community. You will respond to resident requests, coordinate make-ready tasks, and help maintain the grounds and common areas to Greystar standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Own hand tools and safe use of hand/power tools.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident requests and maintenance work orders.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant units and inspections.
• Maintain community grounds, exteriors, and common areas to Greystar standards.
• Inspect work by staff and contractors; ensure quality and safety.
• Manage inventory and coordinate supplies within budget.
• Assist in developing and monitoring the maintenance budget.
