Job summary

Greystar is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across a multifamily property. You will supervise a small team, manage vendor relationships, and ensure all facilities meet Greystar standards for safety, appearance, and reliability.

Responsibilities include managing work orders, supervising make-ready tasks, budgeting for repairs, and coordinating preventative maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively; customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance team; ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant units and lease readiness.
• Manage outside vendors and warranties; track budgets and costs.
• Develop standards for cleanliness, curb appeal, and safety across the property.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies.
• Monitor inventory; coordinate with Community Manager for supplies.
