Job summary

Greystar in Seattle seeks a Sr. Maintenance Supervisor for Pratt Park and Coppins Well to lead maintenance operations across large properties. You will manage technical work, supervise up to 5 staff, and ensure safety and high-level curb appeal.

Your role includes budgeting for repairs, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining excellent resident service while upholding Greystar standards across interiors and exteriors. Experience in multifamily housing preferred.

Qualifications

• Vast maintenance management experience in multifamily housing.
• Knowledge of Hot Water Heater repair and maintenance, carpentry required.
• Knowledgeable and skilled in safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and property management software (Yardi/One Site).

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all technical and mechanical work for the property to meet Greystar standards.
• Oversee the make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate with vendors.
• Develop standards for the cleanliness and appearance of grounds and common areas.
• Supervise up to 5 maintenance staff and delegate resident work orders.
• Assist with budgeting for repairs and capital expenditures.
• Ensure safety policy compliance and OSHA requirements.
