Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee on-site maintenance, turns, and safety across our properties in the United States. The role involves supervising staff, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely completion of Make-readies and service requests in line with WBPC’s quality standards.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum 5 years of related maintenance experience, with property management preferred.
• Proven ability to supervise and lead a team.
• Expert-level understanding of electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpet care and appliance repair.
• Certifications preferred: HVAC, EPA & CPO where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and supervise maintenance staff in daily activities including maintenance, installations, repairs, turns, and cleaning of grounds.
• Hire, train, and develop maintenance staff and enforce safety policies.
• Communicate effectively within the team and motivate members to meet goals.
• Lead safety and department meetings with staff and participate in community events.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for installation and repair work.
• Maintain budget awareness and ensure cost-effective procurement of supplies.
