Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations at a multi-family community. The role emphasizes building strong relationships with the team and residents, ensuring timely completion of service requests, and maintaining WBPC’s high quality standards.

The ideal candidate brings at least five years of related maintenance experience, excels in trades like electrical, plumbing and HVAC, and can lead a safety-conscious team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ related maintenance experience; property management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure make-readies and maintenance projects meet WBPC quality standards.
• Update and close service requests using Yardi Mobile.
• Troubleshoot and train maintenance staff in trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, alarms, etc.).
• Plan, schedule, and supervise maintenance staff daily activities including turns and repairs.
• Hire, train, and develop maintenance staff; enforce safety policies.
• Lead safety and department meetings and communicate expectations clearly.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and train staff on chemical handling.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for installation, maintenance and repair work.
• Apply preventive maintenance to protect long-term property assets.
• Maintain department budget; understand financial impact of maintenance decisions.
• Purchase supplies and manage inventory efficiently.
