Job summary

ResProp Management is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee all service operations for apartment communities in Florida. You will supervise repairs, manage work orders, and guide a maintenance team to meet performance goals.

The role requires EPA Universal certification, 8+ years in maintenance with 3+ years in apartment settings, and the ability to lead a team while ensuring safety and efficiency. On-site work with potential on-call duties.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of general maintenance experience, with 3+ years in apartment operations.
• EPA Universal certification is required and highly valued.
• CPO certification is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of service operations to meet goals.
• Repair and replace appliances, plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems as needed.
• Train maintenance team and review performance with Property Manager.
• Oversee maintenance shop, vendor work, and inventory.
