Job summary

ResProp Management in Texas is seeking a seasoned maintenance supervisor to oversee service operations, repair appliances, and supervise a maintenance team across apartment communities.

You will manage work orders, train staff, and coordinate vendor services while ensuring safety and compliance. A robust tool kit, EPA and CPO credentials, and 8+ years in maintenance with 3+ years in multifamily are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years general maintenance with 3+ years in apartment industry.
• Management experience required.
• EPA Universal certification required.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Trade skills in plumbing/electrical/HVAC/drywall/painting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all service operations to meet goals.
• Manage work orders, repairs, and contractor/vendor scheduling.
• Train maintenance team members and evaluate performance.
• Ensure property upkeep and safety standards are met.
• Oversee unit turns, inspections, and move-out readiness.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and tools.
• Respond to resident needs with quality service.
• Participate in recruiting and interviewing maintenance staff.
