Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company in Lincolnwood, IL is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at a multi-family community. You will oversee Make-readies, inspections, and preventatives, and work to keep residents satisfied.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in maintenance with property management preferred.
• Proven ability to supervise and lead a team.
• Expert-level understanding of electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpet care, appliance repair.
• Certifications preferred: HVAC, EPA & CPO where applicable.
• Strong communication and interaction with teams, residents, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Make-readies and maintenance projects to WBPC standards.
• Update and close service requests using Yardi Mobile.
• Troubleshoot and train staff across trades for safe, effective repairs.
• Plan, schedule and supervise daily maintenance activities and turns.
• Hire, train and develop staff; enforce policies and safety practices.
• Lead safety meetings and coordinate department and regional meetings.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors; monitor quality and costs.
• Apply preventive care and timely repairs to protect property assets.
