Job summary

ResProp Management in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an experienced Maintenance/Operations Supervisor to oversee service operations at our multi-family properties, ensuring timely repairs and high resident satisfaction. You will train and supervise maintenance teammates, coordinate with the Property Manager, schedule work orders with in-house and vendor teams, and ensure safety and OSHA compliance.

A valid EPA Universal certification is required, CPO preferred, and you must live within 30 minutes of

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of general maintenance/repair experience, including 3 years in apartment management.
• EPA Universal certification is required.
• CPO certification is highly preferred.
• Must have own tool kit and live within 30 minutes of the property.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of service operations to meet goals.
• Repair and replace appliances, plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, etc.
• Maintain a positive attitude and provide quality customer service to residents.
• Train maintenance teammates and supervise performance and on-call rotations.
• Coordinate with Property Manager on reviews and performance, and recruit/interview potential team members.
• Oversee organization of maintenance shop and property appearance; manage inventory and supplies.
• Schedule and supervise in-house and vendor work; ensure timely completion and OSHA compliance.
