Job summary

ResProp Management is seeking an experienced maintenance supervisor in Houston, TX to oversee service operations, manage work orders, and ensure timely repairs and renovations across multi-family properties.

You will lead maintenance teams, coordinate vendors, maintain safety standards, and support the Property Manager with performance reviews and resident service. Must have EPA Universal certification and strong trade skills; on-site dependability required.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years in general maintenance or repair, with apartment industry experience.
• Experience managing a team and coordinating maintenance staff.
• EPA Universal certification required; CPO preferred.
• Strong trade skills across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and related trades.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all service operations and ensure goals are met.
• Repair and replace appliances, plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems.
• Train maintenance teammates and support performance reviews.
• Supervise work orders, vendor coordination, and safety standards.
