Job summary

ResProp Management in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the service operations across our apartment communities. You will manage maintenance teammates, schedule work orders, and ensure safety and high-quality resident service.

The role requires 8+ years in maintenance, 3 years in multifamily, EPA Universal certification, and a valid toolkit. You’ll live within 30 minutes of the property and participate in an on-call rotation, driving asset readiness and

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the service operations to achieve operational goals.
• Schedule, supervise, and complete work orders for maintenance and repairs including appliances, plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems.
• Provide excellent resident service and maintain positive relationships with residents and leasing team.
• Train and develop maintenance staff to reach full potential.
• Assist Property Manager with staff performance reviews and recruiting.
• Ensure maintenance shop organization and property appearance.
• Evaluate products and materials for maintenance and upkeep.
• Manage in-house and vendor work and timelines.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and delivery of supplies.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, and accident-free environment following OSHA standards.
• Oversee unit turns and renovations within set time frames.
• Inspect vacated apartments to determine required work to restore rent readiness.
• Other duties as assigned.
