Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead all maintenance operations across the community, manage staff and vendors, and ensure safety and service quality. The role requires coordinating work orders, preventative maintenance, and daily inspections to minimize liability and keep the property in top condition.

With a focus on customer and resident relations, you will maintain records, plan resources, and participate in on-call emergencies.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Mansioni

• Maintenance Management: oversee maintenance operations and service requests.
• Coordinate, schedule, and supervise maintenance staff and vendors.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program and safety standards.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas daily to identify hazards.
• Manage maintenance supplies inventory and budget adherence.
• Participate in on-call emergency at the community.
