Job summary

Asset Living in Boerne, Texas, seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead on-site maintenance for a community, manage staff and vendors, ensure safety standards and compliance, and uphold resident service.

Candidates will perform preventative maintenance, inspect conditions daily, coordinate work orders, manage inventory within budget, and assist the Community Manager to maintain property value and curb appeal.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations of the community and staff.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Ensure repairs and replacements for common areas and units are completed.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and facilities daily for hazards and compliance.
• Maintain inventory and PPE within budget; support the Community Manager.
