Qualifications

• At least 1 year of maintenance experience in multifamily housing or related field.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs and work in varying conditions (indoors/outdoors).
• On-call duties including nights and weekends.
• EPA-certified HVAC knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Tackle maintenance requests in occupied and vacant apartments with care.
• Prepare apartments for new residents so they feel welcome.
• Coordinate with vendors and supervise junior staff as needed.
• Keep work areas clean and follow safety guidelines.
