Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations at the community, manage staff and vendors, and ensure safety standards are met.

Responsibilities include handling service requests, preventative maintenance, inventory, and on-call emergency coverage, with emphasis on quality, efficiency, and customer service. This full-time role requires weekend and shift flexibility in Copperas Cove, TX.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management: oversee daily maintenance operations and service requests.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and facilities to identify hazards.
• Manage maintenance supplies and budget guidance.
• Lead maintenance staff under Community Manager direction.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.
• Maintain records on service requests, safety standards, and inspections.
