Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a CA community. You will oversee maintenance staff, manage service requests, coordinate with vendors, and ensure safety standards and proactive upkeep of grounds and units.

Responsibilities include scheduling, inventory control, preventive maintenance, on-call emergencies, and training under the Community Manager to deliver excellent resident service and maintain property compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC knowledge preferred.
• Ability to use on-site software and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management and supervision of staff.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas daily for safety and quality.
• Maintain inventory, preventive maintenance, and safety programs (OSHA).
• Participate in on-call emergencies and vendor coordination.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent

EPA & CPO certification

HVAC knowledge

Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions
