Job summary

Elmington Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Asher at Sugarloaf property at 4975 Sugarloaf Parkway. The role requires overseeing the maintenance workflow, diagnosing issues, and performing service requests with strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills.

Minimum 2 years in property maintenance and EPA HVAC certifications are required. Candidates with OSHA 10/30, CPO, plumbing or electrical licenses are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of property maintenance experience.
• HVAC/EPA Universal certification required.
• Wanted: OSHA 10/30, CPO, plumbing or electrical licenses.

Responsibilities

• Supervise service staff workflow and delegate workload.
• Meet and exceed maintenance budget expectations.
• Order supplies, materials, and tools as needed.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry work.
• Address landscaping, snow/ice removal, and pool/spa maintenance as needed.
• Communicate effectively with residents and coworkers, even in difficult situations.
• Record time worked accurately and clock in/out as required.

EPA Section 608 Certification (HVAC)

HVAC Certification

OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification

CPO (Certified Pool Operator)

Plumbing or Electrical Licenses
