Job summary

ResProp Management is seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee all service operations for our apartment communities. You will supervise maintenance teams, manage work orders, coordinate in-house and vendor projects, and ensure safety and quality standards across properties.

The role requires extensive repair and trade skills, EPA Universal certification, and strong leadership. You live within 30 minutes of the property, bring a toolkit, and can handle on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of general maintenance and repair experience; 3 years in apartment industry.
• Management experience is required; leadership and scheduling skills needed.
• EPA Universal certification is required; CPO certification is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all service operations to meet goals.
• Repair and replace appliances, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Train maintenance staff and review performance with Property Manager.
