Job summary

ResProp Management seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all service operations for multi-family properties in Myrtle Beach. You will direct repairs, coordinate work orders, and ensure timely, quality maintenance outcomes for residents and owners.

You must have substantial maintenance experience, a valid EPA Universal certification, and strong leadership skills. The role includes inventory control, safety compliance, and on-site supervision with rotation on-call duties.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of general maintenance/general repair experience, 3 years of apartment industry experience required.
• Management experience required.
• EPA Universal certification required.
• CPO certification highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the service operations to achieve goals.
• Repair and replace appliances, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and other systems.
• Maintain a positive, high-quality customer service for residents.
