Job summary

ResProp Management seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all service operations, manage work orders, and ensure timely repairs across apartment communities. You will lead maintenance teammates, train staff, and collaborate with the Property Manager on performance and staffing decisions.

The role requires 8+ years in maintenance, 3+ years in apartment settings, EPA Universal certification, and a valid toolkit.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in general maintenance/repair
• Management experience required
• EPA Universal certification required
• CPO certification highly preferred
• Trade skills across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.
• Tool kit required
• Must live within 30 minutes of property
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds, on-call rotation

Responsibilities

• Oversee service operations to meet goals.
• Handle work orders: repairs, appliance, plumbing, HVAC and electrical.
• Deliver quality resident service.
• Train maintenance teammates and mentor growth.
• Assist Property Manager with staffing decisions.
