Job summary

Olympus Property is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician (Maintenance Supervisor) to oversee daily maintenance operations at a Nashville-area apartment community. You will direct maintenance staff and collaborate with contractors to ensure high-quality turn-key work and safety compliance.

The role requires at least 3 years in maintenance leadership, EPA/HVAC certification, and on-call availability. Compensation includes benefits and growth opportunities within Olympus Property.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in residential/commercial/apartment Maintenance and/or apartment Maintenance Supervisor role.
• EPA/HVAC certified.
• On-call requirement

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations at the apartment community.
• Coordinate turn-key operations and repairs with internal staff and outside contractors.
• Schedule workloads and manage preventative maintenance programs.
• Inspect property, grounds, and systems to ensure safety and compliance.
• Coordinate repairs for structural, mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Maintain organized storage areas and manage inventory of tools and supplies.
• Work with office staff to ensure show units and vacant units are move-in ready.
• Use software to track service requests, reports, and completed tasks.
