Job summary

Olympus Property is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician (Maintenance Supervisor) to oversee daily maintenance operations at our apartment community. You will manage turn-key work, schedule staff, and coordinate with contractors to ensure safety and compliance.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in maintenance/supervisor roles, EPA/HVAC certification, and on-call availability. This full-time position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within Olympus Latitude

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a residential/commercial/apartment Maintenance and/or apartment Maintenance Supervisor role.
• EPA/HVAC certified.
• On-call availability and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure property maintenance goals are met.
• Lead repair/renovation work of maintenance staff and outside contractors.
• Schedule workloads and manage preventive maintenance and turn-key operations.
• Coordinate with office staff and Business Manager to prepare show units and move-ins.
• Utilize software systems to track reports, inventory, and completed actions.
