Job summary

Olympus Property in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician (Maintenance Supervisor) to oversee daily maintenance operations across our apartment community. You will manage turn-key repairs, supervise staff and contractors, and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in residential/commercial maintenance, EPA/HVAC certification, and are available full-time, Mon-Fri with on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in residential/commercial/apartment maintenance or maintenance supervisor role.
• EPA/HVAC certification is required.
• On-call availability.
• Full-time schedule, Monday–Friday 9 AM–5 PM (hours may vary).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations.
• Manage turn-key repairs and coordinate with internal staff and outside contractors.
• Inspect property regularly and ensure safety and compliance with laws and regulations.
• Coordinate repairs of structural, mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Track service requests and manage inventories of tools and supplies.
