The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of residential/commercial maintenance and holds EPA/HVAC certification. This full-time position includes On-call duties, competitive pay, and benefits such as tuition

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in a residential/commercial/apartment maintenance and/or apartment maintenance supervisor role.
• EPA/HVAC certification required.
• On-call availability is part of the role.

Responsibilities
