Job summary

Olympus Property is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee daily maintenance operations at the Phoenix-area community. You will supervise maintenance staff and outside contractors, manage turn-key work, and ensure the property, grounds, and systems are well-maintained.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in a residential/commercial/apartment Maintenance and/or apartment Maintenance Supervisor role.
• EPA/HVAC certified
• On-call

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations of the community and achieve property maintenance goals.
• Manage turn-key operations, scheduling, and repairs with maintenance staff and contractors.
• Inspect property regularly to ensure maintenance and repairs are completed to standard.
• Order, purchase, and maintain inventories of tools, parts, and supplies.
• Coordinate repairs of structural, mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Use software systems to track reports, inventory, and completed actions.
• Collaborate with office staff to ensure show-units and move-in-ready units.
