Job summary

Peak Living, Utah, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. Under the direction of the Service Manager, you will bring units up to market-ready condition and perform routine maintenance to Peak Living standards.

Typical hours vary by community and may include weekends and after-hours emergencies. A minimum of 1 year in property-management maintenance is preferred, with EPA and CPO certifications a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of general maintenance experience in property management.
• EPA and CPO certifications preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, appliance repair).
• Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete make ready maintenance.
• Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance to Peak Living standards.
• Assist with building and common area maintenance.
• Assist with preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment.
