Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a qualified Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Utah. The role oversees property maintenance, supervises move-in readiness, and ensures work stays within budget while delivering excellent resident service.

You will lead maintenance staff, schedule tasks, perform preventive maintenance on pools and exteriors, and implement safety standards including OSHA guidelines. This position may require weekend or after-hours emergencies and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance tasks experience required.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• HVAC knowledge; become CFC certified within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager with staffing and promotions as directed.
• Schedule work and supervise maintenance staff.
• Maintain safe working environment and housing areas.
• Perform preventive maintenance on pools, parking lots, exteriors.
• Provide capital improvement recommendations.
• Respond to service requests within 24 hours.
• Educate staff on safety and OSHA guidelines.
• Visit competing properties to assess maintenance quality.
• Order parts to repair the community.
