Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Affordable Housing Maintenance Supervisor for one of its communities. The role focuses on overseeing maintenance operations, supervising staff and vendors, and ensuring safety standards across the property.

The ideal candidate has maintenance experience in affordable housing, with the ability to manage requests, inspections, and preventative maintenance programs while upholding Asset Living’s customer service standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Must understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and respond to service requests.
• Schedule and supervise maintenance staff and vendors; ensure safety compliance.
• Inspect grounds, buildings and common areas for safety and maintenance needs.
• Maintain inventory and manage preventative maintenance programs.
• Coordinate make-readies and unit inspections with the Community Manager.
