Job summary

Clearwater Paper Corporation in Lewiston, ID, is seeking a Maintenance Manager II to lead maintenance and reliability to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient facility performance. You will oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, outages, and capital project execution while guiding the reliability team.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in engineering, 7+ years in maintenance/engineering/PM, 4+ years in supervision, and CMMS/JD Edwards experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in maintenance, engineering, project management, and/or production management.
• 4+ years of supervisory experience, including performance management, coaching and employee development.
• Functional knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance programs, work order management systems, RCFA, FMEA, maintenance work control processes, and world-class maintenance and reliability practices.
• Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), such as JD Edwards.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and reliability planning, prioritization, scheduling, and execution within assigned departments.
• Oversee maintenance activities to support safe, reliable, and efficient facility performance.
• Lead internal and third-party reliability resources, establishing clear roles, expectations, and accountability aligned with site objectives.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and technical guidance to maintenance, engineering, and asset teams to strengthen reliability practices.
• Support major repairs, outages, capital planning, and project execution to ensure reliability strategies are effectively implemented.
