Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in maintenance, engineering, project management, and/or production management.
- 4+ years of supervisory experience, including performance management, coaching and employee development.
Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance and reliability planning, prioritization, scheduling, and execution.
- Oversee maintenance activities to support safe, reliable, and efficient facility performance.
- Lead internal and third-party reliability resources with clear roles and accountability.
- Provide coaching and guidance to maintenance, engineering, and asset teams.
- Coordinate scheduled outages, shutdowns, and maintenance with capital projects.
