Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or instrumentation engineering or related field.
• Less than 2 years of relevant experience, including internships.
• Ability to understand, troubleshoot, and resolve complex industrial control systems and equipment issues.
• Knowledge of DCS, PLC, HMI, process historian, industrial networks, and control system architecture.
• Knowledge of Process Safety Management (PSM) requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the integrity, reliability, and performance of process control systems, plant historian, networks, and related components.
• Provide rotating 24x7 on-call support for control system hardware, software, instrumentation, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot control system processors, I/O subsystems, HMIs, loops, graphics, field instruments, valves, motors, and network infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain control system applications, interfaces, historian integrations, and process improvements.
• Support control system upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives.
• Administer process control networks, including security, backups, data protection, firewalls, servers, and software updates.
• Test, troubleshoot, and validate control system implementations, interfaces, version changes, and system functionality.
