Job summary

Clearwater Paper Corporation seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations, driving safe, reliable, and cost-conscious performance across our paper mill. You will guide maintenance teams, coordinate schedules, and ensure world-class maintenance practices to support production goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years in paper mill maintenance, and strong analytical troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of maintenance, engineering, or production management experience in a paper mill.
• Knowledge of fire protection, utilities, preventive/predictive maintenance, and work order systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and support to maintenance crews to ensure safe and effective execution of maintenance activities.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules, shutdowns, rebuilds, and resource requirements.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement corrective actions to prevent failures.
• Monitor maintenance activities to align with production needs and improve reliability.
