Job summary

Clearwater Paper Lewiston is seeking a Maintenance Manager II to lead the Pulp, Power, and Recovery maintenance functions. You will collaborate with area supervisors, guide maintenance staff, and drive safety, quality, and productivity improvements across the mill.

The role requires a strong background in paper mill maintenance, engineering project management, and supervisory experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Manage back-end maintenance groups.
• Provide safety leadership for maintenance staff.
• Coach and mentor maintenance staff and provide training as needed.
• Set objectives aligned to the site Integrated Business Plan (IBP).
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality and productivity standards.
• Investigate issues and drive root-cause solutions to sustain improvements.
