Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Reliability & Maintenance Engineering leader to oversee Area Maintenance Managers and their teams, driving preventative maintenance and cost control across the site.

You will advance safety, manage budgets, and guide cross-functional projects while coordinating external contractors, with domestic travel up to 15% to support multiple sites. Strong CMMS and leadership expertise required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years industrial maintenance experience.
• 4+ years of leadership/supervisory experience.
• 4+ years managing department spend and budgets; RCA and CI experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Area Maintenance Managers and their teams.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs and manage budgets.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and audit safety programs.
• Manage capital spending plans and coordinate external contractors.
• Travel domestically up to 15% to support multiple sites.
