Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Maintenance Manager to steer maintenance operations across the site, guiding Area Maintenance Managers and their teams, and shaping strategic maintenance programs. You will balance preventative maintenance with rapid response, drive continuous improvement, and protect safety standards while managing budgets.

You will mentor maintenance leaders across multiple functions, oversee capital plans, and coordinate cross-site initiatives.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including weekends/nights/holidays.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or 2+ years Amazon RME experience.
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 4+ years of CMMS experience.
• 4+ years of leadership/supervisory experience.
• 4+ years of RCA and CI experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Area Maintenance Managers and their teams of technicians and automation engineers.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs and manage department budgets.
• Ensure safety protocols across sites and audit safety programs with site leadership.
• Manage capital spending, coordinate cross-functional projects, and liaise with external contractors while maintaining high service standards.
• Travel domestically up to 15% to support network-level initiatives and guidance across sites.
