Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations across the site, overseeing Area Maintenance Managers and their teams to implement preventive maintenance programs and drive continuous improvement. You will balance strategic planning with hands-on leadership, manage budgets and capital plans, and coordinate with external contractors while ensuring high-quality service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field, or 2+ years Amazon RME experience.
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 4+ years of managing department spend and labor budgets, RCA and CI experience.
• 4+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership.
• 4+ years of CMMS experience.
• 4+ years of direct leadership/supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to Area Maintenance Managers and their teams of service technicians and automation engineers.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive preventative maintenance programs, manage department budgets, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
• Ensure rigorous adherence to safety protocols and procedures across all sites while partnering with site Safety leadership to implement and audit safety programs.
• Manage capital spending plans, facilitate cross-functional project planning, perform cost analysis, and coordinate external contractors while maintaining high-quality service standards.
• Travel domestically up to 15% to support network-level initiatives and provide guidance across multiple sites.
