Job summary

Saint Cyr Partners is seeking a Maintenance Manager to plan and organize maintenance of instruments, equipment and facilities. The role ensures continuity of operations, maintains CMMS and spare parts inventory, and enforces safety and environmental standards.

The ideal candidate has a mechanical engineering background with substantial experience in industrial maintenance, leadership and budgeting. The position emphasizes cross-department collaboration and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in industrial processes, people management and reporting.
• Strong knowledge on mechanics, electrics, pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Familiar with automation and control logic systems, and reading electrical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize maintenance of instruments, equipment, machinery, buildings and facilities within predefined budgets.
• Draft and manage inspection and preventive maintenance plans to minimize breakdowns.
• Lead and support resolution of technical breakdowns and manage small maintenance projects.
• Coordinate and track maintenance subcontractors and ensure CMMS compliance.
• Ensure maintenance staff adhere to CMMS procedures and logging.
