Job summary

H.T. Prof Executive Search is seeking a Maintenance Manager to plan and organize the maintenance of instruments, equipment, machinery, buildings and facilities within set quality and budget norms to guarantee continuous operations.

The role oversees CMMS and spare parts inventory, drafts preventative maintenance plans, leads maintenance staff and subcontractors, and ensures compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards while managing CAPEX projects and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanics, electrics, pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Experience with automation and control logic systems and reading electrical drawings.
• Experience in industrial processes and managing teams is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize maintenance of instruments, equipment, machinery, buildings and facilities.
• Draft and manage inspection and preventative maintenance plans to limit breakdowns.
• Lead and support solving technical breakdowns and smaller maintenance projects.
• Coordinate maintenance subcontractors and ensure CMMS compliance.
• Manage budget and resources while ensuring safety and environmental standards.
• Coach and develop maintenance staff and ensure cross‑department collaboration.
